What to Expect at a Veterinary Appointment
If you know what to expect from your first appointment at one of our veterinary hospitals, the process will be much easier and more pleasant for both your pet and you.
We encourage our clients to arrive with their pets at least 10 minutes early to their appointments to provide them with some time to fill out our New Patient Form. If you'd like to save some time, you also have the option to complete the New Patient Form online in advance.
Meet Your Veterinarian
A member of our veterinary team will review your pet's medical history and speak with you about any issues they may be experiencing. At this time, you will be able to ask any questions you want and well will dedicate time to answering them.
Examination, Diagnosis & Treatment
Once your pet has been assessed, we will provide you with a diagnosis and options for treatment. Your veterinarian will work with you to determine a treatment plan for your pet.
After each visit with us, we will create a detailed report of the discussion we had with you, your pet's treatment plan and any other relevant information. We will be sure to keep this information on-hand and accessible for you whenever you require it.
